Mayor Tarver clarified, the motion was to ask the Planning Commission for a recommendation on the applicants offer that 10% of the units might have detached units and word it so the property owners who do not want the detached units would not be affected. Mr. Swift felt Councilmember Dennis was requesting that Planning Commission's recommendations come before the City Council. He suggested that this be included in the condition. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. 98-10, approving the Negative Declaration for the off-site water tank. NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that Ordinance No. 1739, be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company for PUD plan as f'ded under Case PUD-97-03, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B.1 and modified by the motions above. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Ms. Michelotti asked about the secondary units. Mr. Swift said Council had a choice. It could approve the interior secondary units or put the detached and interior together and vote on them at a later date.
