Mayor Tarver clarified, the motion was to ask the Planning Commission for a <br />recommendation on the applicants offer that 10% of the units might have detached units and <br />word it so the property owners who do not want the detached units would not be affected. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift felt Councilmember Dennis was requesting that Planning Commission's <br />recommendations come before the City Council.
