Ms. Dennis was concerned about who were the focus leaders and stakeholders. The <br />public should know who they are. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti felt the public was not really listening to all the details. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said the pipes are in very poor condition and when they burst, the public will <br />be concerned.
