Mayor Tarver asked staff to comment on the existing 100 year storm drain pipe and the <br />fact it reached capacity during the last rainstorm. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum said if the whole system were working as it was supposed to, the storm drain <br />pipes should have enough capacity. In order for the system to work properly the upper stream <br />detention basins need to be working perfectly and the reaches down stream need to be cleared <br />of debris. <br /> <br /> Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, introduced a program, "Operation Lifesaver", <br />regarding railroad track safety for Council's review. <br /> <br />6.
