It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, that Ordinance No. 1758 <br /> be adopted, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving an <br /> interim ordinance extending a moratorium prohibiting the processing and approving <br /> conditional use permits or other zoning entitlements for fortune-telling, psychics, and <br /> related uses which may conflict with proposed zoning ordinances and zoning map <br /> amendments and declaring this ordinance to be an urgency measure necessary for the <br /> preservation of public peace, health and safety. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7.
