CONSENT CALENDAR Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, thanked staff for responding to his request for information regarding the Fairgrounds. Ms. Dennis referred to item 4i and asked if Council would have a chance to comment on the survey questions before the survey went out. Ms. Acosta assured her Council would be involved. It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 6/19/98 and 6/30/98. The Minutes of 7/7/98 were continued to 8/4/98. b. Approve the plans and specifications for Creekside Park, Project No. 977061, review bids and award the contract for the subject project to Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc., for a low bid of $1,057,000; and authorize the City Manager to enter into the contract for the above project. Adopt Resolution No. 98-100, amending Resolution No. 76-79 (establishing traffic regulations for city streets) to establish an all-way stop sign control at the intersection of Foothill Knolls Drive and Prairie Drive. (SR98:186) d. Approve the final map and improvement plans for Ruby Hill, Tract 6995; authorize execution of the subdivision agreement by the City Manager and accept all parcels of land and easement as offered for dedication. (SR98: 183) e. Adopt Ordinance No. 1755 amending section 10.08.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to provide definitions and exceptions to the Juvenile Curfew Law. f. Adopt Ordinance No. 1756 approving the application of Albert William Esperson Company, Inc. for Planned Unit Development rezoning and Development Plan approval as filed under Case PUD-98-02.
