Ms. Dennis said she wanted the ads to be readable. The request for bids should indicate <br />a point size and white space between the paragraphs. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said there should be a condition that the Council would decide on the <br />format that is desirable as well as the cost. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta suggested the City design an ad that is acceptable and the newspapers would <br />bid on that ad. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to reject all bids submitted <br />by the newspapers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: Councilmembers Ayala and Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7.
