Expenditures To Date <br /> <br /> Exhibit E graphically illustrates actual cashflows versus <br /> originally planned cashflows of June, 1986. Expended amounts <br /> by major budget components are shown in Exhibit D - Program <br /> Budget. <br /> <br /> Change Orders <br /> <br /> Change Order No. 1 for $39,500 and Change Order No. 2 for <br /> $9,961 have been approved to date for a total of $49,461. <br /> Change Order No. 1 was solely for construction of the <br /> temporary police parking lot while Change Order No. 2 <br /> encompassed several sitework modifications. See Exhibit F <br /> for an itemized listing of contract modifications. <br /> <br /> All recommended change orders are submitted to the <br /> City's Engineering Department for review and approval. <br /> <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> Current Status <br /> <br />The project is on schedule for completion on August 12, <br />1988. The project was slightly ahead of schedule after the <br />Contractor placed the foundation slab, but rainy weather in <br />November and December slowed some construction operations. <br />It was difficult for carpenters to construct formwork and <br />ironworkers to install reinforcing 'steel in the tiltup <br />panels during wet weather. The Contractor has worked a <br />few weekends at his own expense to maintain the project's <br />schedule. See Exhibit G - Project Schedule for an overview <br />of project status. <br /> <br />CH2M HILL and the Contractor are currently reviewing and <br />updating the construction schedule. <br /> <br />Milestones <br /> <br />The roof trusses will be erected in late February and <br />interior finishes will begin in mid April. Project <br />completion of both the exterior construction and interior <br />furnishings contracts is scheduled for August 12, 1988. <br /> <br />pc/SJC25/152 <br /> <br /> <br />
