3. Prepare schematic plan(s) showing existing and proposed improvements: <br /> - spectator access and circulation <br /> - spectator seating, including additional paving and shade provisions <br /> - spectator/participant separation <br /> - alterations and improvements to landscape plantings <br /> <br />4. Based on the above plan(s) prepare schematic cost oDinion for all <br />i m prove meats. <br /> <br />5. Meet with Staff to review schematic plan(s) and cost opinion and to gain <br />initial input into the design process. <br /> <br />6. Based on input received. prepare a oreliminar.v Dlan showing existing <br />features and all proposed improvements. The preliminary plan shall be <br />dimensionally accurate and could serve as the basis for working drawings, <br />below. <br /> <br />7. Prepare one cross section thru existing building, seating area, and <br />swimming pool to illustrate the design and to clarify scale relationships. <br /> <br />8. Prepare itemized preliminary_ cost ot>inion from the proposed design plan. <br /> <br />9. Meet with Staff to review the above materials, revise and refine the work <br />as necessary. <br /> <br />10. Using colored renderings of graphic materials, attend one meeting of the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />PHASE II: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />1. Prepare working drawings based on the approved design plan, above. <br />Plans shall include the following documents (approximately four sheets <br />required): <br /> <br /> a. Cover sheet. <br /> b. Demolition and removals plan. <br /> c. Construction layout and grading plan with details. <br /> d. Planting and irrigation plan with details. <br /> <br />2. Prepare written specifications in 8 1/2" x 11" format. <br /> <br /> <br />
