Our work program focuses on preparing <br /> schematic and preliminary designs and final construction documents for <br /> non-participant access, circulation and seating in close proximity to the <br /> swimming pool and pool house, as well as considerations for shade, <br /> modifications to grades, irrigation system and planting as outlined during <br /> our site visit on October 16, 1987. <br /> <br /> Our Scope of Work and fee estimates are based on Staffs verbal description <br /> of proposed renovations and assumes that Consultant will receive sufficient <br /> base and other information from City as required to complete the .designs <br /> and contract documents outlined below. <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORE EXHIBIT 'A' <br /> PHASE I: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> 1. Meet with Staff to receive and analyze background information, including <br /> site plan and "as built" drawings for architecture, utilities and other site <br /> improvements. If available, obtain Aquatic Center program information, <br /> including schedule of classes and events, average and peak attendance <br /> figures, spectator attendance and hours of operation. <br /> <br /> 2. Perform site investigations: take photographs and graphically record <br /> those existing conditions pertaining to our work program which might not be <br /> a part of available improvement plans, e.g. patterns of use, condition of <br /> pavings and plant materials, and sun;shade areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
