Vacancies <br /> <br /> Should the offices of the Chairman, Vice Chairman or <br />Secretary-Treasurer become vacant, the PAC shall elect a <br />successor from among the PAC members at the next regular or <br />special meeting, and such office shall be held for the <br />unexpired term of said office. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE III - MEETINGS <br /> <br /> Annual Meetinas <br /> <br /> Annual meetings shall be held on the [e.u.. fourth <br /> <br />Tuesday] in [month] of each year at the hour of <br /> __.m. at [location] ; provided however, that <br /> <br />should said date be a legal holiday, then any such annual <br />meeting shall be held on the next business day thereafter <br />ensuing which is not a legal holiday. At annual meetings, <br />officers shall be elected, as well as members whose terms <br />have expired, and reports of the affairs of the PAC shall <br />be considered. NotiCe of annual meetings shall be given at <br />least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the annual meeting <br />by written notice personally delivered or mailed to <br />residential owner-occupants and tenants, businesspersons <br />and existing community organizations in the Project Area. <br />Notice shall also be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the Project Area at least once a week for <br />one week prior to the date of the annual meeting. <br /> <br /> All persons attending an annual meeting who possess <br />the qualifications set forth in Section 3.b. of Article I <br />are eligible to vote for or be elected to PAC membership. <br /> <br /> -7- <br /> <br /> <br />
