Secretary-Treasurer <br /> <br /> The Secretary-Treasurer sh811 keep the records of the <br />PAC, shall act as secretary at the meetings of the PAC, <br />shall record all votes, and shall keep a record of the <br />meetings in a journal of proceedings. The <br />Secretary-Treasurer shall attest to and/or countersign all <br />documents of the PAC. The Secretary-Treasurer shall also <br />have the care and custody of all PAC funds, shall deposit <br />the same in the name of the PAC in such bank as the PAC may <br />select, and shall pay out and disburse all monies <br />authorized by the PAC. The Secretary-Treasurer shall be <br />bonded in an adequate amount in the event that any funds <br />are made available directly to the PAC by either the City <br />or the Agency. <br /> <br />Section 5. Additional Duties <br /> <br /> The officers of the PAC shall perform such other <br />duties and functions as may from time to time be required <br />by the PAC, these Bylaws, or other rules and regulations, <br />or which duties and functions are incidental to the office <br />held by such officers. <br /> <br />Section 6. Election <br /> <br /> The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer <br />shall initially be elected by all persons who possess the <br />qualifications set forth in Section 3.b. of Article I and <br />who attend a general meeting held for such purpose. <br />Thereafter, the Chairman, Vice Chairman and <br />Secretary-Treasurer shall be elected from among the members <br />of the PAC at each annual meeting. Such officers of the <br />PAC shall hold office until the next annual meeting <br />following their election and until their successors are <br /> <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
