7. Cost of Services by System. <br /> <br /> A. City shall pay County according to the applicable rate <br />chargeable for network availability and inquiry processing to all users of the <br />System. The current applicable rate for network availability is $ 193.59000 <br />per computer interface port per month (1050 line), $ 7.50 per computer <br />interface port per month (3270 line) and $ 45.20214 per month per terminal <br />device. The current applicable rate for inquiry processing is $ 0.75000 per <br />CPU (Central Processing Unit) second. <br /> <br /> B. Charges for network availability will be computed on the <br />number of terminal devices and/or computer interfaces identified on Attachment <br />A, the current appllcable rate per terminal device and/or computer Interface <br />charged users for network availability, and the number of months or any part <br />of a month of use of each terminal device and/or computer interface; the <br />product of multiplying those factors results in the amount charged for network <br />availability. <br /> <br /> C. Charges for inqutry processing will be computed on the total <br />number of CPU seconds used by the termlnal devices and/or computer interfaces <br />identified on Attachment A, and the current applicable rate charged users for <br />inquiry processing; the number of CPU seconds used by the terminal devices <br />and/or computer interfaces identified in Attachment A shall be determined by a <br />monthly computer run by County; the product of multiplying those factors <br />results in the amount charged for inquiry processing. <br /> <br /> D. The terminal devices and or computer interfaces authorized <br />under this agreement are identified on Attachment A hereto; additions to the <br />list in Attachment A may be effected upon approval of the Sheriff of County. <br />Deletions from the list in Attachment A may be initiated by City by written <br />notice to the Sheriff of County. <br /> <br /> E.
