applicable to the parties hereto.__ County and City agree to adhere to <br />procedures adopted by the Police Information Network <PIN) Policy Committee, <br />the State Department of Justice, the CLETS Advisory Committee and the Sheriff <br />of County. <br /> <br /> 3. Inquiry Stations. <br /> <br /> City shall provide, operate and maintain, at its own expense, <br />inquiry stations, personnel to operate them and terminals; the type and Kind <br />of electronic equipment used at the inquiry stations shall be compatible with <br />System and shall be subject to the approval of County. The terminal <br />identifiers and line identifiers authorized under this Agreement on the <br />effective date thereof are listed on Attachment A. <br /> <br /> 4. Equipment Operation of System. <br /> <br /> County, solely and exclusively, shall select the equipment for, <br />provide, maintain, operate and manage the System in order to give the services <br />specified in this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 5. Services Provided by System. <br /> <br /> A. County, through System, shall supply City with information on <br />warrants of arrest and information on persons stored in the System when such <br />System is activated by City's inquiry stations. <br /> <br /> B. County shall supply City with data base access to state <br />and/or federal data systems through System subject to the sole approval of the <br />Sheriff of County and the California State Department of Justice. <br /> <br /> 6. City's Arrest Warrant Information. <br /> <br /> City may furnish to System content of warrants of arrest and <br />information on persons; any information so furnished shall be in the form <br />specified by County. City shall verify that information so furnished on <br />warrants and or persons is accurately reproduced on System. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
