EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> CEOA FINDINGS <br /> <br /> F~r purposes of these findings, the revised Stoneridge <br />Meadows Specific Plan, as described in the Final EIR dated <br />January 18, 1988, is referred to as the "Project," the draft <br />environmental impact report on the Project dated October 8, <br />1987 and prepared for the City by the Planning Collaborative is <br />referred to as the "DEIR," and the Final EIR on the Project <br />dated January 18, 1988 and prepared for the City by the <br />Planning Collaborative is referred to as the "Final EIR." The <br />Final EIR consists of an addendum and response to comments and <br />incorporates by reference the DEIR. <br /> <br />I. FINDINGS REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS DETERMINED <br /> NOT TO BE SIGNIFICANT OR MITIGATED TO A LEVEL OF <br /> INSIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br /> Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15091, the City <br />Council adopts and makes the following findings regarding those <br />certain environmental impacts of the Project discussed in the <br />DEIR and in the Final EIR which were or are determined either <br />not to be significant, or to have been mitigated to a level of <br />insignificance: <br /> <br /> Ao Land Use. <br /> <br /> 1o Facts. <br /> <br /> The DEIR indicates on page 32 that the Project and <br /> subsequent development of the Project site would modify the <br /> existing character of the Project site from predominantly <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
