the Project site, have mitigated or will mitigate water
services impacts of the Project to a level of insignificance.

I. Public Services And Utilities-W~tSwat~r.

1. Facts.

Wastewater from the Project site would receive primary
and secondary treatment from the Dublin-San Ramon Services
District, and the DEIR indicates at page 65 that adequate
capacity is available for treatment and disposal of wastewater
from proposed development of the Project site. The DEIR
further indicates that development of the Project site with the
proposed low density residential use would generate wastewater
flows of approximately 108,800 gallons per day, requiring sewer
connections to two adjacent sewers located along Interstate 80
and along Bernal Avenue.

The Project does not contain any mitigation measures
with respect to wastewater, and the DEIR recommends on page 65
that one additional mitigation measure be incorporated into the
Project. This mitigation measure, listed as no. 1 on page 65,
calls for policies in future development plans to encourage low
flow fixtures.

Neither the DEIR nor the Final EIR states that the
Project's impacts related to wastewater constitute a
significant adverse impact of the Project. The DEIR's list on
page 89 of significant unavoidable adverse impacts of the
Project does not include wastewater impacts.
