approvals of policies calling for drought-tolerant landscaping <br />and low flow water fixtures. <br /> <br /> Neither the DEIR nor the Final EIR states thet the <br />impact of the Project on water or water supplies will be <br />significant. The DEIR's listing on page 89 of significant <br />unavoidable impacts of the Project does not include impacts <br />related to water or water supply. <br /> <br /> a. This City Council adopts the <br />conclusions of the DEIR with respect to the City's ability to <br />provide water for the development of the Project site, and <br />finds, based on the above-stated facts, that the Project's <br />impact upon water and water supply does not constitute a <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. <br /> <br /> b. To the extent that impacts on water <br />could be significant, the City Council finds that Mitigation <br />Measure 1, as set forth in page 64 of the DEIR, will <br />substantially reduce the Project's impacts related to water and <br />water supply and the City Council further finds that said <br />mitigation masure shall become a "Condition of Approval" to the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> c. To the extent that the Project's impact <br />on any water services might be significant, mitigation <br />measure 1 described above, the other measures incorporated into <br />this project, and the other measures which will imposed in <br />connection with future approvals necessary for development of <br /> <br /> <br />
