2. Findinah. <br /> <br /> a. This City Council adopts the <br /> <br />conclusioDs of the DEIR and the Final EIR with respect to <br />traffic impacts, and finds that all existing intersections <br />would operate at an acceptable level of service following <br />development of the Project. <br /> <br /> b. The City Council finds that adoption of <br />the Mitigation Measures numbered 13 through 21 and appearing on <br />page 57 of the DEIR and page 8 of the Final EIR will <br />substantially reduce the traffic and circulation impacts of the <br />Project, provide adequate access to and from the Project, <br />provide sufficient pedestrian and cyclist access to the Project <br />and to the Alviso Adobe Park, and provide sufficient emergency <br />access to the Project. <br /> <br /> c. The City Council finds that the <br />above-stated Mitigation Measures numbered 13 through 21, which <br />mitigation measures have not yet been incorporated into he <br />Project, shall become "Conditions of Approval" to the Project. <br /> <br /> d. The City Council further finds that the <br />above-stated additional mitigation measures, together with the <br />mitigation measures currently incorporated in the Project and <br />listed as measures 1 through 12 on pages 56-57 of the DEIR, the <br />other measures incorporated into this Project, and the <br />mitigation measures which will imposed in connection with <br />future approvals necessary for development of the Project site, <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
