CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-284 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTIONMAKING GROWTH MANAGEMENT ALT~CATIONS <br /> FOR 1989 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 21, 1988, the City Council considered the <br /> report of its Growth Management Committee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report <br /> and in City Council's review of the proposed <br /> schedule of allocations, the City Council finds the <br /> projects and schedule of development are in <br /> furtherance of the public interest and in <br /> furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in addition to the Projects approved herein, the <br /> application of Amador Valley Savings and Loan will <br /> be considered by separate action of the Council <br /> after proper procedures to deal with possible <br /> conflicts of interest of some members of the <br /> Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval <br /> to the listed projects for development in <br /> accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br /> NO. OF APPROVAL <br />DEVELOPER PROJECT UNITS TYPE YEAR <br /> <br />Blackburn (Texeira) PUD-88-3 41 SFD 1989 <br />Heritage Gardens(Gooch) PUD-88-12 12 SFD 1989 <br />Heritage Gardens(Gooch) PUD-88-13 23 SFD 1989 <br />Foxbrough (Romero) PUD-82-16-3M 1 SFD 1989 <br />Foxbrough (Beratlis) PUD-82-16 1 SFD 1989 <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City sets aside 71 units for the thirteen <br /> acre parcel currently owned by the City of <br /> Pleasanton adjacent to the DSRSD Regional Sewer <br /> Treatment Plant described in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Special Conditions of Growth Management Approval <br /> <br /> In addition to development fees in effect at the <br /> time each building permit is issued, developers <br /> shall pay growth management fees of $750 per unit <br /> <br /> <br />
