This portion of the site was originally planned for assisted living units for the elderly. Our research indicates that this project is not feasible at this time. We expect to propose a central food preparation facility for the building on the campus including restaurant, cafeteria and conference rooms. It is likely that we will propose moving the Skilled Nursing Facility to the quieter portion of the site on Andrews and Old Santa Rita while locating the Conference Center and food services in the more accessible position off of Santa Rita Road.
