NAME: ~m~ulatory Care Center <br /> <br /> STRUCTURE: Building and land owned by a partnership of two <br /> not-for-profit hospitals <br /> <br /> USE: Tenants are partnerships of hospitals and physicians <br /> for diagnostic and treatment services <br /> <br /> C. NAME: Behavioral Medicine Center <br /> <br /> STRUCTURE: Building and land owned by a new not-for-profit <br /> hospital corporation <br /> <br /> USE: Inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services <br /> D. NAME: Skilled Nursing Facility <br /> <br /> STRUCTURE: Building and land owned by a new not-for-profit <br /> hospital corporation <br /> <br /> USE: Long-term inpatient treatment <br /> <br /> <br />
