1.1.4 Chabot Drive: (i) the area within the Public Service Easement immediately adjacent to the east and west sides of Chabot Drive between the northern boundary of Hacienda Business Park (Phase I) on Chabot Drive and the intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and Chabot Drive; (ii) the central median on Chabot Drive adjacent to the intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and Chabot Drive; (iii) intersection landscape areas for the intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and Chabot Drive; 1.1.5 Rosewood Drive: (i) the area within the Public Service Easement immediately adjacent to the south side of Rosewood Drive between Owens Drive and Old Santa Rita Road; (ii) the area within the Public Service Easement immediately adjacent to the north side of Rosewood Drive between Owens Drive and its intersection with the 1-580 right of way; (iii) the area adjacent to the south side of Rosewood Drive between Old Santa Rita Road and the western boundary of Parcel 1 shown on Parcel Map No. 4570 filed July 25, 1985 in Book 155 of Maps, Pages 17-18, Official Records of Alameda County. 1.1.6 Santa Rita Road: medians on Santa Rita Road between Sutter Gate Avenue and Mohr Avenue. 1.1.7 1-580: (i) the areas within the Lots immediately adjacent to the 1-580 right of way in which Declarant installs landscaping; and (ii) the southerly 1-580 landscape strip between Chabot Court and the eastern right of way line of Old Santa Rita Road and any portions of the Hewlett Canal and Chabot Canal adjacent to 1-580, including the 1-580 right of way, in which Declarant installs landscaping. 1.1.8 Intent of Parties. The parties have attempted to describe with particularity in Sections 1.1.1 through 1.1.7 the areas in which the Association shall perform maintenance duties as provided by this agreement, but the specific intent of the parties is that the Association's maintenance duties under this agreement shall include all areas, and only those areas, in which landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation 5
