1.1.4 Chabot Drive: (i) the area within the Public <br /> Service Easement immediately adjacent to the <br /> east and west sides of Chabot Drive between <br /> the northern boundary of Hacienda Business <br /> Park (Phase I) on Chabot Drive and the <br /> intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and <br /> Chabot Drive; (ii) the central median on <br /> Chabot Drive adjacent to the intersection of <br /> Owens Drive, Owens Court and Chabot Drive; <br /> (iii) intersection landscape areas for the <br /> intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and <br /> Chabot Drive; <br /> <br />1.1.5 Rosewood Drive: (i) the area within the <br /> Public Service Easement immediately adjacent <br /> to the south side of Rosewood Drive between <br /> Owens Drive and Old Santa Rita Road; (ii) the <br /> area within the Public Service Easement <br /> immediately adjacent to the north side of <br /> Rosewood Drive between Owens Drive and its <br /> intersection with the 1-580 right of way; <br /> (iii) the area adjacent to the south side of <br /> Rosewood Drive between Old Santa Rita Road <br /> and the western boundary of Parcel 1 shown on <br /> Parcel Map No. 4570 filed July 25, 1985 in <br /> Book 155 of Maps, Pages 17-18, Official <br /> Records of Alameda County. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Santa Rita Road: medians on Santa Rita Road <br /> between Sutter Gate Avenue and Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br />1.1.7 1-580: (i) the areas within the Lots <br /> immediately adjacent to the 1-580 right of <br /> way in which Declarant installs landscaping; <br /> and (ii) the southerly 1-580 landscape strip <br /> between Chabot Court and the eastern right of <br /> way line of Old Santa Rita Road and any <br /> portions of the Hewlett Canal and Chabot <br /> Canal adjacent to 1-580, including the 1-580 <br /> right of way, in which Declarant installs <br /> landscaping. <br /> <br />1.1.8 Intent of Parties. The parties have <br /> attempted to describe with particularity in <br /> Sections 1.1.1 through 1.1.7 the areas in <br /> which the Association shall perform <br /> maintenance duties as provided by this <br /> agreement, but the specific intent of the <br /> parties is that the Association's <br /> maintenance duties under this agreement shall <br /> include all areas, and only those areas, in <br /> which landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
