ARTICLE 1 <br /> MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING <br /> <br />1.1 Areas for Landscaping Maintenance. The Association <br /> shall maintain the followin~ landscaping areas: <br /> <br /> 1.1.1 Hacienda Business Park: (i) those areas <br /> designated as Common Area Easements on Parcel <br /> Map 3863, Hacienda Business Park, recorded <br /> May 22, 1986 in Book 161 of Maps, Pages 15 to <br /> 30, Official Records of Alameda County; and <br /> (ii) all street medians within Hacienda <br /> Business Park Phase II; <br /> <br /> 1.1.2 Owens Drive: (i) the area within the Public <br /> Service Easement immediately adjacent to the <br /> north and south sides of Owens Drive between <br /> Chabot Drive and Tassajara Creek; (ii) the <br /> central median on Owens Drive between Hopyard <br /> Road and Chabot Drive; (iii) the area within <br /> the Public Service Easement immediately <br /> adjacent to the south side of Owens Drive <br /> between the Shell Oil Company property line <br /> and the Common Area Easement at the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Owens Drive, <br /> Owens Court and Chabot Drive; (iv) <br /> intersection landscape areas for the <br /> intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and <br /> Chabot Drive; <br /> <br /> 1.1.3 Owens Court: (i) the area within the Public <br /> Service Easement immediately adjacent to the <br /> east side of Owens Court from the north <br /> boundary of Hacienda Business Park Phase II <br /> to the Common Area Easement located at the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of Owens <br /> Drive, Owens Court and Chabot Drive; (ii) <br /> intersection landscape areas for the <br /> intersection of Owens Drive, Owens Court and <br /> Chabot Drive; <br /> <br /> <br />
