1.1.3 West Las Positas Boulevard: The areas <br /> between the westerly boundary of the Southern <br /> Pacific Transportation Company right of way <br /> and Santa Rita Road (i) within the right- <br /> of-way immediately adjacent to the south side <br /> of West Las Positas Boulevard, including <br /> areas on both sides of the soundwall in which <br /> landscaping has been installed by Prudential <br /> or CPP, (ii) within the Public Service <br /> Easement immediately adjacent to the north <br /> side of West Las Positas Boulevard, and (iii) <br /> central medians for West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, and (i) through (iii) are shown on <br /> Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> <br />1.1.4 Stoneridqe Drive: (i) Central medians for <br /> Stoneridge Drive from its intersection with <br /> Hopyard Road to its intersection with Johnson <br /> Drive, and (ii) the area within the Public <br /> Service Easement immediately adjacent to the <br /> north side of Stoneridge Drive between the <br /> Alameda County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District canal and Johnson <br /> Drive, as (i) and (ii) are shown on Exhibit D <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> <br />1.1.5 Old Santa Rita Road: (i) Central medians for <br /> Old Santa Rita Road, and (ii) the area <br /> within the public service and temporary <br /> landscape easements immediately adjacent to <br /> the west side of Old Santa Rita Road, as (i) <br /> and (ii) are shown on Exhibit E attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> <br />1.1.6 Santa Rita Road: (i) Central medians for <br /> Santa Rita Road from its intersection with <br /> Pimlico Drive to its intersection with Sutter <br /> Gate Drive, and (ii) the areas within the <br /> rights of way, public service easements, or <br /> temporary landscape easements on both sides <br /> of Santa Rita Road between Pimlico Drive and <br /> Sutter Gate Drive in which landscaping has <br /> been installed, or is to be installed <br /> pursuant to approved plans, by Prudential or <br /> CPP as (i) and (ii) are shown on Exhibit F <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
