7 <br />THE CITY OF <br />`~ -- #°'i ~~~ ~"' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />j~L£~S~4NTONo <br />September 4, 2007 <br />Public Works Department <br />TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFSITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7381, <br />IRONWOOD DEVELOPMENT (PONDEROSA HOMES) <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 7381, Ironwood Development (Busch Property), is comprised of 193 single family <br />residential lots, a 23 acre future school site, a 5.7 acre Presbyterian Church site, and a <br />172 unit senior apartment site developed by Ponderosa Homes II, Inc., located between <br />Busch Road and Mohr Avenue and between Kamp Drive and the City's Operations <br />Service Center. Portions of the off-site project improvements are complete and are <br />ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept for normal maintenance the off-site public improvements for 7381, Ironwood <br />Development (Busch Property) listed below. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be nominal costs associated with the routine maintenance of water lines, <br />sanitary sewers, storm drains, traffic signals, landscaping and irrigation and roadway <br />facilities when the off-site public improvements are accepted. <br />
