13. Public Hearing: PUD-65, Kavayiotidis/Petra Realty Investors, Inc. -Introduced Ordinance <br />No. 1958 approving an application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br />development plan to construct a 21,795-square-foot two-story office building at 5980 and <br />5998 Sunol Boulevard. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a reimbursement agreement with <br />Applied Biosystems for Infrastructure constructed beyond its Sunol Boulevard Frontage <br />17. Approved Contract Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $65,000 for Annual Curb and <br />Gutter Replacement, Project No. 065009 and authorized the transfer of $65,000 from CIP <br />No. 075003 (Annual Resurfacing of Various Streets) to Curb and Gutter CIP No. 065009 <br />18.
