Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a reimbursement agreement with Applied Biosystems for Infrastructure constructed beyond its Sunol Boulevard Frontage 17. Approved Contract Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $65,000 for Annual Curb and Gutter Replacement, Project No. 065009 and authorized the transfer of $65,000 from CIP No. 075003 (Annual Resurfacing of Various Streets) to Curb and Gutter CIP No. 065009 18.
