Administrative Services 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of June 5 and 19, 2007 as revised City Attorney 2. Adopted Resolution No. 07-142 certifying that City Assessments Comply with Proposition 218 City Manager 3. Designated Councilmember Throne as the voting delegate and Councilmember Cook- Kallio as the alternate voting delegate for the 2007 League of California Cities Annual Conference 4. Pulled for discussion -Introduce an ordinance amending Section 2.04.020 of the Municipal Code concerning salaries for the Mayor and Councilmembers Finance 5. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for May 2007 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with Amador-Livermore Valley Historical Society in the amount of $138,805 for assistance and services related to programs at Alviso Adobe Community Park 10. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a Cooperative Funding Agreement with City of Dublin and East Bay Regional Park District for design and related services for Alamo Canal Trail Extension Project, CIP No. 047020; and approved an allocation of $47,500 for design, permitted and related tasks 11. Approved the City Grant Program Recipient Compliance Plan as recommended by the Youth, Human Services, and Civic Arts Commissions Planning 12.
