Resolution No. 2007-33 <br />Page Five <br />Through the PUD process, the proposed project has provided residents, <br />the developer, and the City with a development plan which optimizes the <br />use of this infill site in a sensitive manner. Therefore, this finding can be <br />made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-65, the application of Nick <br />Kavayiotidis, Petra Realty Investors, Inc. for Planned Unit Development <br />rezoning and development plan approval to construct a <br />21,795-square-foot two-story office building at 5980 and 5998 Sunol <br />Boulevard and to rezone the property at 5998 Sunol Boulevard from the <br />O (Office) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development -Office) <br />District. <br />Section 2.
