b. In addition to natural controls the project developer may be required to <br />install structural controls on Lots 1 through 13 to intercept and pretreat <br />storm water prior to reaching the storm drain. This determination shall be <br />made by the City Engineer with review of the tentative subdivision <br />map/grading plan and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />c.
