Council review of the in-lieu parking agreement. The applicant shall pay the <br />applicable in-lieu parking fees prior to issuance of a building permit for the <br />project. <br /> <br />8. One of the proposed parking spaces shall be designated for the exclusive use of <br />the apartment unit. The applicant shall sign and stripe this space accordingly. <br />The parking space and signing/striping shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />9. Prior to issuance of a demolition permit, the applicant shall submit a demolition <br />plan (i.e., an existing condition site plan that identifies the existing structure(s), <br />paving, landscaping, utilities, etc. that are proposed to be demolished/removed) <br />for the review and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall revise the plans to correct the following inconsistencies: <br /> <br />a. The roof plan shall be consistent with the building elevations. <br /> <br />b. The side elevations shall accurately show the side parapets. <br /> <br />c. The front elevation shall show the rear and side parapet walls. <br /> <br />d. The floor plans and side elevations shall be consistent with respect to the <br />location of the side walls adjacent to the outdoor dining areas. <br /> <br />e. The rear staircase shall be shown on the side elevations. <br /> <br />f. The corbels on the sides of the building shall be shown on the front <br />elevation, and the corbels on the front of the building shall be shown on <br />the side elevations. <br /> <br />g. “Remodel and Addition for:” shall be eliminated from the title block of the <br />plan sheets. <br /> <br />Said modifications shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />11. The building permit plans shall include separate site plans showing the existing <br />building and site condition and the proposed building and site improvements. <br /> <br />12. A floor plan of the apartment unit shall be included with the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
