Unless otherwise stated or modified above or in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan, all site development standards shall be those of the R-1-20,000. <br />15. All fencing on the lot shall be limited to open-style corral fencing. Wire mesh may be <br />added to the fence for access control. Pool fencing shall meet the requirements of the <br />Building Code. Proposed changes to these fencing requirements shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director. <br />
