Resolution No, 88-353 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> as determined by the Planning Commission, <br /> following a hearing process as set forth in <br /> the Municipal Code for review and revocation <br /> of conditional uses, the City may require the <br /> restaurant use to cease operation. No <br /> loitering, public drinking or excessive <br /> vehicle noise shall be generated by the use. <br /> <br /> 4. That the applicant be prohibited from leaving <br /> the rear door open during operating hours. <br /> Access is permitted, but the rear door should <br /> not remain open for any duration during <br /> operating hours. <br /> <br /> 5. That the applicant shall maintain the area <br /> surrounding the tenant space in a clean and <br /> orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br /> 6.
