Attachment A <br /> July 19, 1988 <br /> PUD-81-30-43D <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the plans, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That the design of the future 12,000 sq. ft. financial center <br /> be submitted for future separate review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />3. That the handicapped parking spaces for the 10,000 sq. ft. <br /> retail building be relocated closer to the main building <br /> entrance. The final location shall be subject to final <br /> review and approval of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />4. That red curbs and/or "No Parking" signs, as required by <br /> state law to enable enforcement, be installed along on-site <br /> access driveways in order to maintain clear access at all- <br /> times. Parking is to be limited only to designated striped <br /> parking stalls. <br /> <br /> 5. That the final design of all trash and transformer enclosures <br /> be submitted for final review and approval of the Planning <br /> Director. If the enclosures proposed along Hopyard Road and <br /> Chabot Drive frontage cannot be installed in a manner that is <br /> adequately screened from public roadways, either through <br /> landscaping, berming or redesign to a recessed enclosure, <br /> then the Planning Director will request relocation/redesign <br /> to his satisfaction. <br /> <br /> 6. That the applicant work with staff to determine the <br /> appropriateness, design and final location of the nine tree <br /> wells proposed at the aisle and at the parking stalls along <br /> the west elevation of the two-building complex. Relocation <br /> to the front of the parking stalls may be required if the <br /> trees, as proposed, cannot be properly protected. The final <br /> location and design shall be subject to final review and <br /> approval of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> <br /> 7. That no sign approval is included with this project. A <br /> comprehensive sign program shall be submitted for future <br /> review and approval of the Planning Commission. Included <br /> within this submittal shall be details on the individual <br /> tenant, as well as the site identification monument signage. <br /> <br /> 8. That at no time and under no circumstances shall any <br /> mechanical equipment, vents, coolers, blowers, exhaust fans, <br /> <br /> SR88:329 <br /> <br /> <br />
