Public Art Project Selection and Review Process <br />All projects emanating from the Downtown Public Art Master Plan will be developed and <br />reviewed by the Civic Arts Commission. The projects will follow the normal process for <br />all City public art acquisitions, which includes the appointment of an appropriate <br />selection committee for publicly funded projects; ongoing oversight and review by the <br />Civic Arts Commission; review and comment by all appropriate City commissions and <br />committees; extensive opportunity for public input; and final review and <br />recommendation by the Civic Arts Commission for the City Council's consideration and <br />approval. <br />Submitted by: <br />es W.
