Resolution No. 88-593 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt <br /> from the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act and no environmental <br /> document accompanies this report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The appeal in Case UP-88-57 (AP-88-30), the <br /> application of Charles and Rose Ann McCracken for a <br /> conditional use permit to operate a recreational <br /> facility (indoor batting range) in conjunction with <br /> a proposed wholesale business establishment (silk <br /> screening and embroidery) to be located at 7039 <br /> Commerce Circle, is DENIED and the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission is SUSTAINED, subject to the <br /> conditions listed on Attachment A. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 20, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~/~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
