Dist. Agmt. No. 4-1080-C <br /> <br /> (3) Prior to commencement of SERVICES, to establish a <br />separate account or accounts to accumulate charges for all work <br />performed on behalf of STATE pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (4) To obtain STATE's approval of any Requests for <br />Qualifications and Requests for Proposals, prior to distribution, <br />for any work to be performed by consultants; to obtain STATE's <br />approval of the proposed selection processes for any consultant, <br />the actual consultant selected, if any, and of any contract with <br />a consultant for this PROJECT, before said contract is executed <br />by CITY. <br /> <br /> (5) To furnish STATE, prior to commencing any SERVICES <br />for PROJECT with a proposed time schedule to complete said SER- <br />VICES and PROJECT. Said time schedule will include target dates <br />for completion of at least those tasks designated by STATE's <br />Project Coordinator, and will be subject to STATE's concurrence <br />as to the proposed target dates. Once agreement has been reached <br />on the time schedule, it shall be adhered to unless changes to <br />said schedule are necessary due to unforseen circumstances beyond <br />the control of CITY and then only if STATE concurs with said <br />change(s). <br /> <br /> (6)' To use CITY goal setting process and DBE require- <br />ments if they are at least equivalent to STATE's process and CITY <br />has a history of achieving participation equal to or better than <br />the STATE goal. <br /> <br /> (7) To obtain, in CITY's name, at no cost to CITY, any <br />necessary rights of way, easements and/or permits to enter for <br /> <br /> -7- <br /> <br /> <br />
