No. 4-1080-C (4) To work with CITY to assure that required STATE and Federal procedures are followed, that the design of the soundwalls meet STATE and Federal noise reduction criteria and that the wall design meets STATE design standards. (5) To bear all costs of SERVICES and construction of PROJECT, including costs for rights of way, if any, and the costs for relocating any utilities, but excluding the costs for upgrad- ing said utilities. (6) To designate, within 10 days after CITY commences SERVICES, those tasks for which target dates are to be furnished as a part of the time schedule referred to in Article (5) of Sec- tion II and to concur with said time schedule when it meets STATE's requirements. (7) To deposit with CITY within 30 days of execution of this Agreement by STATE, 10 percent of the estimated costs for SERVICES to be undertaken by CITY forces and .to thereafter reim- burse CITY within 30 days after receipt of each billing for all non-salary CITY expenses and for all actual and direct CITY labor costs plus fringe benefits and overhead. (8~ To deposit with CITY within 30 days of execution of any consultant contract(s), 10 percent of the estimated cost of such contract(s), and thereafter to reimburse CITY within 30 days after receipt of each billing, for CITY payments made to the consultant(sl.
