Resolution No. 88-521 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> Municipal Code to allow retention of an accessory <br /> structure that encroaches into the required <br /> sideyard setback of the property located at 6824 <br /> Corte de Flores, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown <br /> on the plans on file with the Planing <br /> Department except as modified below. <br /> <br /> 2. That the applicant shall retrofit the <br /> structure to meet all one-hour wall fire <br /> requirements of the UBC as required by the <br /> City Building Department. The final design of <br /> these retrofit methods shall be submitted for <br /> final review and approval of the Planning <br /> Director and Senior Building Inspector prior <br /> to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 3. That an approximately 24" lattice extension be <br /> installed on the existing fence. The <br /> applicant shall be responsible for obtaining <br /> the necessary City approvals for this fence <br /> extension. <br /> <br /> 4.
