CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-489 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS 2 AND 3 <br /> TO AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HIY~. FOR FINAL <br /> DESIGN OF HACIENDA/I-580 INTERCHANGE AND <br /> SANTA RITA/I-580 INTERCHANGE <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Amendments 2 and 3 to the agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and CH2M Hill, <br /> regarding design of Santa Rita Road/I-580 <br /> Interchange, Hacienda Drive/I-580 Interchange and <br /> Auxiliary Lanes on 1-580, NPID No. 3, copies of <br /> said Amendments are attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described Amendments. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes the expenditure of $1,357,000.00 from <br /> the North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3 <br /> project (A.D. 1986-9) to cover the costs of the <br /> Amendments. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 18, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br /> ATTEST: .
