Task 2--Earthwork Change Order Develop final grading plans for Caltrans to use in prepara- tion of the construction change order for their contractor to place compacted ramp embankments using the waste material from the Caltrans 1-680 widening project south of 1-580. Prepare plans, profiles, superelevation diagrams, cross sections and other necessary information to define the con- struction. Meet with Caltrans and CITY representatives to define project requirements. Coordinate the site drainage and adjust the grading to obtain natural drainage for the final condition. Prepare quantity and cost estimates needed to evaluate the proposed work and alternative plans for comparison by the CITY and Caltrans. Meet with the CITY, Caltrans, and Caltrans' 1-680 widening project contractor to coordinate location and final placement of the necessary embankments. The estimated fee for this task includes the appropriate credit for the work required which was already included in the scope of work and fee for the related tasks in Amendment No. 3 for the final design of the Stoneridge Drive Interchange. Task 3--Drainage Revise completed desig9 of drainage facilities and coordinate with the on-going Caltrans 1-680 Widening project. Revise existing drainage components to fit the revised design ele- ments. The estimated fee for this task includes the appro- priate credit for the work required which was already included in the scope of work and fee for the related tasks in Amendment No. 3 for the final design of the Stoneridge Drive Interchange. Task 3-1: Modify Completed Designs--Modify the existing and completed drainage facilities that were designed for the original work scope. Provide the necessary coordination and assistance to develop appropriate drainage to fit the advanced grading plan developed in Task 2.
