Section 8. Uniforms <br /> <br /> The city shall provide fifty percent (50%) of the initial <br /> purchase price of uniforms of those management employees <br /> required to wear a uniform. For the classifications of <br /> Police Lieutenant, the city shall provide an annual uniform <br /> allowance of $468.00. For the classifications of Fire <br /> Marshal, Fire Battalion Chief, and Fire Training Officer, <br /> the city shall provide a uniform allowance of $312.00. <br /> <br />Section 9. Credit Union <br /> <br /> The city shall provide a voluntary payroll deduction option <br /> for those employees who wish to join the City and County <br /> Employees Credit Union for the purpose of transacting busi- <br /> ness with such City and County Employees Credit Union. <br /> <br />Section 10. Deferred Compensation <br /> <br /> The city shall provide a voluntary deferred compensation <br /> plan. <br /> <br />Section 11. Tuition Reimbursement <br /> <br /> Upon approval of the city manager, management and confiden- <br /> tial employees shall be reimbursed tuition expenses for job- <br /> related courses successfully completed from accredited <br /> colleges or universities. The maximum tuition reimbursement <br /> shall not exceed $300 per fiscal year. <br /> <br />Section 12. Automobiles and Automobile A11owance~ <br /> 12.1 Automobiles <br /> <br /> The Chief of Police shall be provided an automobile for <br /> his unrestricted use provided, however, that he <br /> licenses the vehicle and pays for gasoline consumed <br /> during personal usage of the vehicle. The Fire Chief <br /> shall be provided a vehicle for both business and <br /> limited personal use as defined by the city manager. <br /> <br /> 12.2 Automobile Allowance <br /> <br /> The following classifications shall receive a monthly <br /> vehicle allowance of $150 as compensation for providing <br /> and using their personal vehicles for city business: <br /> <br /> - 14 - <br /> <br /> <br />
