ARTICLE VII: Contractor further agrees to fulfill the following: <br /> <br /> A. Contractor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless from and <br /> defend the City, members of the City Council and their <br /> Agents, servants, and employees, against any and all <br /> claims, costs, demands, cause of action, suite, losses, <br /> expense or other detriment or liability arising from or out <br /> of acts or omissions of Contractor, its agents, <br /> subcontractors, officials or employees, in connection with <br /> the execution of the work covered by this contract or any <br /> amendment thereto. <br /> <br /> B. Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the City of <br /> Pleasanton from his insurance carrier providing proof of <br /> Workerrs Compensation and Policy Number. <br /> <br /> C. Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his insurance <br /> carrier showing the amount of Public Liability and Property <br /> Damage coverage and naming the City of Pleasanton, its <br /> officers, employees and Agents as additionally insured. <br /> Insurance coverage shall be in at least the following <br /> amounts: <br /> <br /> Public Liability <br /> <br /> General Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br /> General Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br /> <br /> OR <br /> <br /> Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br /> Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> Automobile Liability <br /> <br /> Bodily Injury - $ 500,000 Per Person <br /> - 1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br /> Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br /> <br /> OR <br /> <br /> Combined Single Limit or Liability of $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
