the Project, is hereby approved, and the construction contract <br />for the Project is hereby awarded to MJB Pipeline. <br /> <br /> Section 3. City of Pleasanton Public Facilities <br />Corporation be and it is hereby requested to aid and assist <br />the City by financing the construction of the Project. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The form of Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Agreement, proposed to be entered into by the City and the <br />Corporation, submitted to this City Council, is hereby <br />approved. The City Clerk of the City is directed to file a <br />copy of said agreement with the minutes of this meeting and <br />the Mayor of the City and the City Clerk of the City are <br />authorized and directed, for and in the name and on behalf of <br />the City, to execute and deliver said Amendment No. 2, in <br />substantially said form with such changes therein as such <br />officers may require or approve, such approval to be <br />conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The assignment by the City to the <br />Corporation of the construction contract for the Project be <br />and it is hereby approved. The Mayor and the City Clerk of <br />the City are authorized and directed, for and in the name and <br />on behalf of the City, to execute appropriate documents <br />evidencing such assignment. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
