effecting each agency, the CONSULTANT shall revise the <br />Right-of-Way Appraisal Maps and prepare the necessary legal <br />descriptions for land ownership and access easements re- <br />flecting the resolved and agreed-upon issues. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare an access easement through the <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District treatment plant property <br />for use by Zone 7 to gain access to the Alamo Canal from <br />Johnson Drive. The proposed easement shall be field sur- <br />veyed to establish the centerline and beginning and ending <br />points; the field survey shall be plotted and translated <br />into an appropriate legal description including access rights <br />acceptable to Zone 7 and the Sanitary District. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall continue his work in preparation and <br />coordination of the Right-of-Way Appraisal Maps and legal <br />descriptions of the proposed right-of-way to achieve final <br />Caltrans approval of the Maps as well as all access control <br />issues. The CONSULTANT shall attend all necessary meetings <br />with Caltrans and the CITY to advance completion of the Maps <br />and subsequent approval at'an accelerated pace to allow <br />early certification of the right-of-way by the CITY. <br /> <br />CATEGORY 3 <br /> <br />Task ll--Services During Construction <br /> <br />Provide general and specific services to support construction <br />of the various elements of the Stoneridge Drive Interchange. <br />More particularly the CONSULTANT shall furnish the technical <br />and administrative services for: <br /> <br /> o Task ll-1--Bridge Deck Contours (4 Scale)--The <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare computer-generated <br /> contour plans of the SR-1, SR-2, and SR-3 ramp <br /> bridge decks to a scale of 1"=4'. The plans shall <br /> conform to the current requirements of Caltrans, <br /> Division of Structures showing centerlines, bridge <br /> deck delineation, contour lines, spot elevations <br /> at appropriate locations, and other pertinent <br /> information required for each bridge. <br /> <br /> o Task ll-2--Encroachment Permit--Prepare a Caltrans <br /> Encroachment Permit Application to obtain approval <br /> to construct the items included in Task 1. Submit <br /> the permit application along with a complete <br /> contract document to Caltrans and the CITY for <br /> review, comment, and approval. Meet with the CITY <br /> and Caltrans to clarify the intent of construction <br /> and coordination. Make revisions to the contract <br /> documents and permit application needed to obtain <br /> approval and granting of the permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
