o Task ll-3--Construction Plans & Specifications--The <br /> CONSULTANT shall remove all indications of revi- <br /> sions from the "Advertised Contract" plans <br /> including "clouds", notations in revision blocks, <br /> and corresponding numbered triangles. Plan revi- <br /> sions included in the addenda issued during the <br /> bid period shall be made on the plans without <br /> indicating the revision. <br /> <br /> The specifications shall also be revised to <br /> include all addenda revisions as requested by the <br /> CITY. <br /> <br /> The revised plans and specifications shall be <br /> brought into conformity with a complete project <br /> without any indications of revisions. The plans <br /> shall then be reduced to half size and reproduced <br /> to a quantity of 60 sets of bound plans. The <br /> corrected specifications shall be reproduced to a <br /> quantity of 20 sets bound with GBC plastic binders. <br /> <br />o Task ll-4--Construction Staking (Negotiated <br /> Contract)--~rovide field and office staff, <br /> equipment, and materials to stake various elements <br /> of construction for the "Negotiated Contract." <br /> Conduct field surveys necessary for the detailed <br /> staking of all construction. Work shall include <br /> establishment of offset paving and grade stakes <br /> for roadway and drainage construction and <br /> furnishing the location and elevation of other <br /> construction work covered by the construction <br /> contract. <br /> <br /> Staking and documentation shall comply with con- <br /> ventional methods generally followed and accepted <br /> in the profession; deviations from these standards <br /> will be permitted when local conditions create a <br /> specific need for use of alternative procedures. <br /> <br /> o Task ll-5--Construction Staking .(Advertised <br /> Contract)--The CONSULTANT shall provide the <br /> construction staking for the "Advertised Contract" <br /> consistent with the work described in Task 11-4. <br /> Additional work will include the necessary survey <br /> to support the construction of bridges and <br /> improvements to the Alamo Canal. <br /> <br />o Task l!-6--Miscellaneous Construction Observation-- <br /> The CONSULTANT shall furnish technical staff to <br /> assist the CITY in observation of the construction <br /> of the various project elements. Technical staff <br /> will be made available to the project on an on-call <br /> basis with 2 days of advance notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
