o Task ll-3--Construction Plans & Specifications--The CONSULTANT shall remove all indications of revi- sions from the "Advertised Contract" plans including "clouds", notations in revision blocks, and corresponding numbered triangles. Plan revi- sions included in the addenda issued during the bid period shall be made on the plans without indicating the revision. The specifications shall also be revised to include all addenda revisions as requested by the CITY. The revised plans and specifications shall be brought into conformity with a complete project without any indications of revisions. The plans shall then be reduced to half size and reproduced to a quantity of 60 sets of bound plans. The corrected specifications shall be reproduced to a quantity of 20 sets bound with GBC plastic binders. o Task ll-4--Construction Staking (Negotiated Contract)--~rovide field and office staff, equipment, and materials to stake various elements of construction for the "Negotiated Contract." Conduct field surveys necessary for the detailed staking of all construction. Work shall include establishment of offset paving and grade stakes for roadway and drainage construction and furnishing the location and elevation of other construction work covered by the construction contract. Staking and documentation shall comply with con- ventional methods generally followed and accepted in the profession; deviations from these standards will be permitted when local conditions create a specific need for use of alternative procedures. o Task ll-5--Construction Staking .(Advertised Contract)--The CONSULTANT shall provide the construction staking for the "Advertised Contract" consistent with the work described in Task 11-4. Additional work will include the necessary survey to support the construction of bridges and improvements to the Alamo Canal. o Task l!-6--Miscellaneous Construction Observation-- The CONSULTANT shall furnish technical staff to assist the CITY in observation of the construction of the various project elements. Technical staff will be made available to the project on an on-call basis with 2 days of advance notice.
