1. That Recommendation #3 be amended to <br /> include one Contra Costa Supervisor from <br /> the District adjacent to the Livermore <br /> Airport in lieu of one member of LAFCO. <br /> <br /> 2. That Recommendation #12 be deleted. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the City of Livermore contact the <br /> appropriate Federal Aviation Administration <br /> (FAA) division for the purpose of requesting <br /> that the flight tower adopt the 45-degree <br /> departures as set forth in Section 1, Section <br /> 2 of the proposed Noise Abatement Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That should the Livermore City Council decide <br /> not to adopt the recommendations as set forth <br /> in this resolution, the City Council of <br /> Pleasanton requests that an FAA 150 Noise <br /> Study be made of the Livermore Airport <br /> operations and that the 1985 EIR be updated to <br /> focus on the impact of proposed expansion of <br /> the airport. <br /> <br />Section 5- This Resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES:None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KEN~ET~R.
