AMENDMENT NO. 6 <br /> <br /> CITY OF PY.~-ASANTON AND CH2M HIT.T. <br /> AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> FOR ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING STUDIES FOR THE <br /> NPID FREEWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br />1. Purpose <br /> <br /> The purpose of this AMENDMENT NO. 6 is to recognize the work <br /> performed by TJKM as directed by Consultant which is outside <br /> the original project scope and to authorize acceptance of the <br /> work and in accordance with provisions of Article 1 of the <br /> AGREEMENT between CH2M Hill and the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> July 2, 1985. <br /> <br />2. Scope of Work <br /> <br /> The work authorized by the AMENDMENT is described in the <br /> "Scope of Services" attached hereto as Exhibit 6-A and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance <br /> <br /> The work in Exhibit 6-A has been performed by CH2M Hillts <br /> subconsultant, TJKM, in the course of overall project work as <br /> part of the Environmental Assessment between October, 1987 and <br /> January, 1988. <br /> <br />4. Compensation and Payment <br /> <br /> Compensation for Consultantes services authorized by this <br /> AMENDMENT shall be at the agreed amount of $27,000. Payment <br /> shall be in accordance with Article 2 of the AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />5. Effective Date <br /> <br /> This AMENDMENT NO. 6 shall be come effective immediately upon <br /> formal execution by both parties. <br /> <br />6. Incorporation by Reference <br /> <br /> All items and conditions contained in the aforementioned <br /> AGREEMENT between City of Pleasanton and CH2M Hill are <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
