CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-154 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HII.I. REGARDINGTHE <br /> NPID FREEWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves Amendment No. 6 to the <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and CH2M <br /> Hill, regarding additional traffic engineering <br /> studies for the NPID Freeway Improvement Projects, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes the expenditure of $27,000 from NPID <br /> No. 1 to cover the cost of this Amendment. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R] MERCER, MAYOR <br />~J'ames R.
