st. Ag'fat. No. 4-].179-C <br /> <br />Engineer in the State of California and qualified to perform the <br />functions of a Resident Engineer. The Resident Engineer shall be <br />retained by CITY and shall be responsible to and report directly <br />to CITY's DirectOr of Public Works. CITY's Resident Engineer <br /> <br />shall comply with all requests made by the State <br /> <br />Representative(s) within the limitations of the <br /> <br />Representative(s)' authorities as defined in Article (9) of Sec- <br />tion II of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (15) That all contract administration procedures shall <br />conform to the requirements set forth in STATE's Standard Spec- <br />ifications, Construction Manual and with the EncrOachment <br />Permit(s) for construction of PROJECT. <br /> <br /> (16) To furnish and install T1-70 controllers in un- <br />modified Model 332 cabinets for two intersections at Stoneridge <br />Drive and STATE Route 680 and to be responsible for their main- <br />tenance and operation. Said controllers and their software(s) are <br />to be approved by STATE prior to installation in an unmodified <br />STATE standard cabinet. <br /> <br /> (17) To furnish an adequate number of support staff <br />meeting the qualifications defined in STATE's Local Program Man- <br />ual to assist the Resident Engineer to assure that the con- <br />struction is being performed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> (18) To make progress and final payments to CITY's con- <br />tractor in a timely manner and pay all costs for required staff <br />services. <br /> <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
