No. 4-1179-C <br /> Document No. Ala-1- <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, ENTERED INTO ON , is <br /> <br /> between the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through its De- <br /> partment of Transportation, referred to herein as "STATE", and <br /> <br /> CITY OP PLEASANTON, <br /> a body politic and a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of <br /> California, referred to herein as <br /> "CITY". <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> (1) STATE and CITY, pursuant to Streets and Highway <br /> Code Sections 114 and 130, are authorized to enter into a cooper- <br /> ative agreement for improvements to State highways within the <br /> CITY !imins. <br /> <br /> (2) CITY desires to make hnprovements affecting Inter- <br /> state Route 680 (!-680) and is willing to fund 100 percent of all <br /> capital outlay and staffing costs for said improvements, consist- <br /> ing of constructing a new interchange at Stoneridge Drive and <br /> auxiliary lanes on both sides of State Highway Route 680 between <br /> Stoneridge Drive and State Highway Route 580, all referred to <br /> herein as "PROJECT". <br /> <br /> (3) CITY will, at no cost to STATE, prepare plans, <br /> specifications and estimates (PS&E), furnish any additional <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
