Resolution No. 89-118 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> c. The last day for submission of rebuttal <br /> arguments for and against the proposed <br /> ordinance shall be April 3, 1989. <br /> <br /> d. Direct arguments shall not exceed 300 words <br /> and shall be signed by not more than five <br /> persons. <br /> <br /> e. Rebuttal arguments shall not exceed 250 words <br /> and shall be signed by not more than five <br /> persons. <br /> <br /> f. The City Attorney shall prepare by March 24, <br /> 1989 an impartial analysis of the measure <br /> showing the effect of the measure and the <br /> operation of the measure. <br /> <br /> g. The City Council shall designate five persons <br /> to draft and sign the proposed ballot <br /> arguments. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Request to Order Election. The City Council <br /> hereby requests the Alameda County Board of <br /> Supervisors to order this election be conducted by <br /> Alameda County on June 6, 1989, in conjunction with <br /> any other special elections being held within the <br /> County on that date with the actual costs for said <br /> election to be reimbursed by the City to the <br /> County. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Effective Date.
